RESIDENCE INN BOZEMAN RENOVATIONS AND APPLIANCE DONATION

BOZEMAN – Residents of Bozeman and the surrounding areas will soon have the opportunity to benefit from a local hotel’s renovation plans. The Residence Inn, located at 6195 East Valley Center Road, will undergo an extensive $2.3 million renovation starting in mid-October with many existing items being donated to Bozeman’s chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

The Veridea Group, which owns and operates the hotel, said improvements will include extensive new exterior finishes, new expanded meeting spaces with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, a renovated lobby, an expanded dining and connected patio area, new furnishings and appliances in guest rooms, and a new fitness facility. Construction management will be performed by Yellowstone Traditions of Bozeman.

All re-useable fixtures, appliances, and gently used furniture at the property will be donated to Habitat for Humanity of Gallatin Valley. Over 200 appliances – refrigerators, ovens, microwaves and dishwashers – will be included in the donation.

“We can’t wait to get the renovation of Bozeman’s Residence Inn underway,” said Veridea President Robert Mahaney.  “When this project is completed, our guests will be able to enjoy a beautiful facility that will reflect the Bozeman community’s high design standards, along with the exceptional guest service our hospitality team delivers daily.”

The Residence Inn Bozeman was acquired by the Veridea Group, a hospitality management and real estate development group with operations in Montana and Michigan, in December of 2016.

The project is estimated to be completed in May 2018.
