Wells Fargo Plaza

The Wells Fargo Plaza shares its entrance and exits with Target. The plaza is situated along the busiest stretch of highway in the Upper Peninsula, with more than 32,000 cars passing by daily. Veridea purchased the former single-tenant building and transformed it into a multi-tenant shopping center, fully leased with a mix of banking, restaurant, and retail tenants.
