989 Washington Street

The professional building at 989 W. Washington Street is one of Veridea’s earliest developments. Once a vacant hillside, the slope of the land was incorporated into the design of the building, which was crafted into a two level structure featuring professional office space on the ground floor and temperature controlled storage on the lower level. Although Veridea sold the building in 2013, it continues to manage it on behalf of the current owners.
